Lyz Rider is a visual artist from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Her secluded and wistful upbringing reveals itself stylistically through their work, stripping the mundane to its delicate bare bones and beckoning dreams to materialize. She is a recent graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) with a BFA in Photographic and Imaging Arts.
Some of Lyz’s most recent titles include Photo Editor at Musée Magazine, Print and Photo Lab Technician at RIT, and Photo Library Intern at the Texas Department of Transportation. Their work has been exhibited at the Susquehanna Art Museum, William Harris Gallery, G. B. Stuart Gallery and online at Float Magazine.
She is currently based in NYC and Jersey City, working as a Photo Imager at the National Basketball Association (NBA).
